Cancelation policy
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 1 day before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted.
If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 5.00% of the reservation value.
It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 5.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
Policy in relation to children
Children of all ages are welcome in our apartments. For children up to 3 years we prepare (100 PLN per set):
- Travel cot with linen
- Baby chair,
- Baby bath
- A set of toys.
Warning! Not possible to add travel beds in the apartments: Molo 1, Wave 1 i 2, Mistral 1, Malaga 2, Malaga4, Sailor 2, Playa 2, Mewa 2 and Oslo (no space) Children aged 3 to 5 years stay free of charge if sleeping in the same bed with parents.
Policy in relation to animals
Sorry, no pets allowed in our apartments. According to the rules, Sanhaus Apartments has the right to refuse to stay guests, who came with an animal, without refund for the stay.
