Please note: The final cleaning fee has been already added to the final price (from PLN 100 to PLN 300, depending on the size of the apartment. The exact amount is given in the description of each apartment.)

The price does not include the resort tax, which amounts to 6,38 PLN per person per night in 2025 (6,67 PLN in 2026). The fee is payable on the spot on arrival.

On the day of check-in, Sanhaus Apartments pre-authorizes the guest's credit card in the amount of PLN 500 in order to secure any claims for damage or unpaid payments. Funds are released after the apartment has been checked by the cleaning service (up to 7 business days from the date of check-out).

Cancelation policy

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. In this case, the prepayment will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notice. For cancellations after this time or no-shows, the property will charge 20.00% of the total reservation value. To secure your reservation, a 20.00% prepayment via the online payment system is required.

Policy in relation to children

Children of all ages are welcome in our apartments. For children up to 3 years we prepare (100 PLN per set): - Travel cot with linen - Baby chair, - Baby bath - A set of toys. Warning! Not possible to add travel beds in the apartments: Molo 1, Wave 1 i 2, Mistral 1, Malaga 2, Malaga4, Sailor 2, Playa 2, Mewa 2 and Oslo (no space) Children aged 3 to 5 years stay free of charge if sleeping in the same bed with parents.

Policy in relation to animals

Sorry, no pets allowed in our apartments. According to the rules, Sanhaus Apartments has the right to refuse to stay guests, who came with an animal, without refund for the stay.
