Check-in
Check-in and key collection takes place at the Sanhaus Apartments office at 47/2 Haffnera Street in Sopot from 16.00 to 19.00.
Check-in after 19:00 is possible after prior arrangement with an employee of Sanhaus Apartments. In such a situation, check-in takes place in the form of self-collection of keys from a designated place, and the Guest is asked to appear at the office the next day in order to complete the formalities.
In case of an earlier arrival in Sopot (before 16.00), please contact us by phone - within the availability of the apartment, we will try to check you in earlier.
Check-out
Check-out from the apartments takes place until 11.00. Depending on the location, guests are asked to return the keys to our office or leave them in a previously designated place. Our employees will provide appropriate instructions at least one day before departure.
The office is open from 09.00. In case of departure before 09.00, please contact the office at least one day before check-out.
Late check-out is only possible upon prior arrangement with an employee of Sanhaus Apartments and may incur an additional fee.
Cancelling the reservation
Cancellation conditions depend on the selected offer. As standard, free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival, however, some offers from booking portals allow cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days before arrival or in the case of cancellation of the non-refundable offer, the deposit or the fully paid amount is forfeited, regardless of the reasons for cancellation.
If you are concerned about losing your money, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Refundable deposit
Upon check-in, a refundable deposit of PLN 500 to PLN 1000 will be blocked on the guest's payment card in the form of pre-authorization (blocking of funds on the card).
Pre-authorization is canceled no later than 2 days after the guests' departure, after the apartment has been checked by our employees.
Additional fees
The spa fee is PLN 5.20 per adult per night. After paying the fee, the guest receives a tourist card, which entitles him to discounts in restaurants, museums and many other places in Sopot.
Faults reporting
In the event of noticing a defect in the apartment, we kindly ask you to immediately report this fact to the Sanhaus Apartments office - by phone during working hours or by e-mail outside office hours.
In the event of a serious failure that requires us to take immediate action, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately by phone at one of the following numbers: 509 476 804 or 502 638 303.
Stay with children
For the youngest guests of Sanhaus Apartments, we offer one travel cot, high chair, baby bath and toys free of charge for the duration of their stay - any requests related to additional equipment should be reported to the Sanhaus Apartments office at latest the day before arrival.
It is possible to use an additional (second) cot. The option costs PLN 30 per night and depends on the size of the apartment.
Stay with pets
At the request of our guests, in some apartments we accept stays only with small dogs. A stay with a dog is possible after prior acceptance and confirmation by the Sanhaus Apartments staff, for an additional fee of PLN 30 per day.
Parking
Some of the apartments have a free, private parking space on the property, in the garage hall or in an independent garage - information on this subject can be found in the detailed descriptions of the apartments. We also encourage you to contact our office directly - we will be happy to advise you which apartment to choose.
In the case of other apartments, it is possible to leave the car in public parking spaces designated on the streets of Sopot. Parking is payable on weekdays from 9:00 to 22:00, and the cost of parking is approx. PLN 70 per day in accordance with the tariff of the parking meter (as of March 2023). Parking is free on weekends and holidays.
In the summer, from June 30 to August 31, the city of Sopot provides free ECO-PARKING, located in Ergo Arena (Plac Dwóch Miast 1). Special melex buses run from the car park to the city centre. They are paid PLN 3 per person.
Transfer from the airport
For our guests we can order a taxi from/to the airport. The cost of the service is approx. PLN 120 - payable to the driver, in cash or by credit card.
If you want to order a taxi from the airport, we kindly ask you to provide such data as: name and surname, flight number, arrival time. A driver with your name written on a sign will be waiting for you as soon as you leave the arrivals hall.
