The California Apartment is a comfortable and modern studio, ideal for couples or business people. It is situated only 150 m from the beach in the heart of the resort. It is ideal for people who value peace and quiet, and at the same time want to be close to the center, the beach and all the attractions of the resort. The location near tennis courts makes this place additionally attractive for tennis fans.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a restored 100-year-old townhouse in Sopot, on a quiet, intimate street. The apartment has been designed for max. 2 people, however, in conjunction with the Florida Apartment, it creates the possibility of accommodation for up to 6 people. The apartment has a 2-person bed (140x200cm), a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a shower.
Guests have at their disposal a LED TV with cable TV, stereo equipment and wireless Internet access. High-speed 600MB connection allows for comfortable work or remote learning.
In the corridor, shared with the Florida apartment, there is a washing machine, especially useful for longer stays. There is also a lot of space to safely leave the pram.
There is also a third apartment in the same building - Marina (with separate entrance). All three apartments rented together can accommodate up to 10 people.
