We have a great pleasure to offer our guests the beautiful and stylish Milano 1 Apartment. Its unique interiors feature luxury and unique design. Each room was designed by professional interior designers. We can see here the attention to refined details and, at the same time, great emphasis on functionality and guest comfort.
The apartment is intended for two couples or a family with children. It has two double bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm) and spacious wardrobes, as well as two bathrooms with a shower, which guarantees great comfort and independence, and is rarely found in apartments for rent. Additionally, one of the bedrooms has direct access to the balcony, which is certainly an additional advantage.
The spacious living room is seamlessly connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Comfortable armchairs and sofas, as well as custom-made furniture, will satisfy the most demanding customers and provide the expected relaxation we are looking for on holiday.
Guests have at their disposal a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. A large LED TV (over 50 inches) with Smart function, has access to digital TV and allows you to use services such as Netflix (own account required). Guests can additionally use wireless Wi-Fi and air conditioning in each of the rooms, which is beneficial on hot days. All this makes the apartment ideal not only for a short weekend stay in Sopot, but also for longer holidays by the sea.
The icing on the cake is the excellent location - just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the promenade, and a free parking space in the garage under the building (max. 2 m high). However, please remember that very large cars may have problems with parking - the space is quite tight. .
The apartment is adjacent to the 4-person apartment Milano 2, allowing a larger group to arrive.
Note: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator in the building.
