Sand is a stylish 55 m² apartment located on the first floor of a renovated, historic townhouse featuring a classic Sopot-style veranda. The interior, decorated in soft shades of sand and sea with exposed whitewashed ceiling beams, creates a cozy, beach-inspired atmosphere perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe, a bright living room with a fold-out sofa for two, a large Smart TV, a dining table, and access to a charming glazed veranda – ideal for morning coffee or evening chats during the summer (please note: the veranda is not heated).
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals: a dishwasher, oven, stylish SMEG fridge and kettle, and a TCHIBO coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower, hairdryer, and washer-dryer. Free Wi-Fi is also available for our guests.
The location is one of the apartment’s greatest advantages – just 100 meters from Sopot’s famous Monte Cassino promenade and 300 meters from the train station.
Please note: the apartment is on the first floor, accessible only via narrow, steep stairs – it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
There is no parking available directly at the building or in its immediate surroundings (restricted parking zone). During the summer season and on weekends off-season, street parking is only available to local residents. We recommend arriving by train – the station is just 300 meters away.
