The Sopot Pier is the most famous attraction of the resort. It is the longest pier on the Baltic Sea and the longest wooden pier in Europe. It is about half a kilometer in length - part of walking is 511.5 m, of which 458 m falls into the Gulf of Gdansk. At the head of the pier is located a beautiful marina sea for yachts, which can accommodate up to 100 units. The lower decks and the deck side, enable nailing passenger ships (we recommend the ferry trips to the Hel Peninsula).
In the land pier is Kuracyjny Square - a square area of 20 thousand. sqm., where we can find: beautiful historic fountain, a lighthouse with a vantage point, band shell, snack bars and a lot of greenery. On the square you can organize mass events to 6 thousand. people, and in the winter ice rink functions here.
Paid admission to the pier is valid from April 24 to September 30.
The pier is open from Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 to 21:00, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 08:00 to 23:00.
